"Power of Flowers" is a love letter to the flowers that turn into the foods we eat, while also feeding pollinators. In this painting I featured the might sunflower, standing tall. I love the sunflower as a symbol for strength and power. Bees love sunflowers and the seeds are delicious for people and birds. In the same season of sunflowers, the apple blossoms are also getting pollinated and turning into delicious fruits. Apples are a life force for humans and livestock, providing sweetness and storing well into the winter months.
